Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Provide accurate information to callers and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed

Experience:


  • Proficient in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks
  • Strong clerical and data entry skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Please note that this is not a remote position. The Front Desk Receptionist will be required to work on-site at our location.

£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
