Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance with activities such as bathing, dressing, and assisting residents to bed, pressure area care and continence care overnight
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as tidying up
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is required
  • Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols

Skills:


  • Compassionate and caring nature
  • Patience and understanding when working with clients who may have physical or cognitive limitations
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation and reporting
  • Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility and perform light housekeeping tasks

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
£11.10 per hour

Expected hours: 33 per week
