The Boeing Company is seeking an
Entry-level Customer Training Scheduler in Gatwick. The incumbent will work within Training Solutions to handle allocating and scheduling of all Training Solution's global training resources in line with customer requirements as outlined by the Customer Program Managers. Focus of the position is to ensure the efficient, optimal and cost effective utilization of the global Training Solutions training network.


Position Responsibilities:


Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Schedules and performs logistics pertaining to flight and maintenance training for a single airplane model.
  • Participates in product/process changes (impact and alternative analysis, documentation, etc.) via defined change management processes.
  • Assists in forecasting optimal training schedules based upon strategic plans.
  • Assists with rescheduling efforts.
  • Supports the development of reports and analyses regarding training.

Required Qualifications:


  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have basic computer skills.
  • Effective time management, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Degree in related discipline and typically 1 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Aviation knowledge preferred.
