Salary:
£12-£13 per hour

Working Hours:
Full-time, Flexible, Contracted up to 40 hours Location: Windsor, Berkshire

Preparation of meals
Administration of medication
Assisting with errands such as shopping, banking, doctor or dentist appointments
Aiding with household chores, including washing up, cleaning, gardening, laundry, and ironing
Demonstrating keen perception skills to identify and minimize potential hazards in the home
Providing companionship and building genuine connections to make clients feel at ease

Desirable qualifications and skills for the role include:

Energetic and skilled at multitasking, able to efficiently handle multiple responsibilities.
Excellent communication skills and adaptability when interacting with diverse individuals.
Perceptive in identifying and addressing the specific needs of clients.
Patient and caring, demonstrating empathy and compassion in providing support.
Possession of a valid driving licence, as transportation is required.
An NVQ in Health and Social Care is desirable, showcasing relevant knowledge and expertise.
Completion of background checks, including criminal record and medical checks through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
Training will be provided during the induction period to ensure proper skills and knowledge for the role.
