Business Development Manager / Regional Sales Executive

£35,000 OTE £60,000 Car allowance £400 per month plus excellent benefits and development of career


Our client a leading security and fire company are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join this team of security and fire safety experts across the business.

Building on the security-focused technology solutions already providedour client is looking, specifically in the area of fire security and safety.


Experience:


Our client is looking for a Fire and Security sector business development manager to prospect and develop the North of the UK, ideally based in the West Yorkshire area.

You will be motivated, proactive and a target driven individual with strong proven businessdevelopment skills.

You will have the desire and drive to succeed and be prepared to work within a predominately new business role


You will engage/work with:
Local Authorities, Major Contractors, Facilities Management firms, large, medium and small businesses within an arrayof sectors.

You'll need to be flexible and willing to travel nationally and staying away from home when required.


Key factors:


  • Proven sales and new business development experience
  • Understanding of fire and security technical standards
  • Can communicate appropriately at multiple levels
  • Knowledge of electrical industry, including electrical wiring standards/requirements
  • Experience to configure prices and quotes
  • Proven prior experience in customer service and relationship management
  • Proven and proof of your success in results against targets
  • You will have excellent time management & journey planning skills
  • I.T. literate
