Zachary Daniels Recruitment are partnered with a luxury retailer on the recruitment of an eCommerce Customer Experience Executive role.

This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded brand whilst taking responsibility for managing the UK eCommerce/customerservice team whilst reporting on KPI's, forecasting and goal setting.

The position of eCommerce Customer Experience Executive includes the following responsibilities:

Oversee and develop the eCommerce customer service experience
Build meaningful relationships with VIP customers ensuring long lasting loyalty
Develop a road map to optimise the customer experience in support of and in line with the overall ecommerce roadmap
Day to day support of the eCommerce website

About you:

2 years hands on experience working within a luxury retail customer care role
Background in ecommerce and an understanding of both back end and front end operations
Experience of working with a Live Chat tool
Experience with SAP, Magento, Microsoft Dynamics (desirable)
Articulate and eloquent with excellent communication skills, fluency in English, both verbal and written, required
Good IT and analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel as well as Google Analytics; ability to dive in to analyse and segment large data sets
