Customer Service Advisor - Manchester City Centre - Monday to Friday - £22,000 to £25,000 DOE

Location - Manchester City Centre


Hours - Monday to Friday - Office open from 8am - 7pm (shift within this) 35 hours per week


Salary:

- £22,000 - £25,000 DOE


Our client is one of the UK's law firms are currently going through a period of growth in their service department.

This team have recently won an award for the best legal support team


Role of Customer Service Advisor:


  • Inbound enquires from new and existing customers
  • Confirming the needs of the customer
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Liaise with other departments and be able to transfer customer to the relevant one
  • Working in a fast paced environment
  • Working on the company database ensuring 100% accuracy with any data entered
  • Adhering to any company policies
