Position Overview:

EEC is seeking a qualified and motivated Retrofit Assessor to play a pivotal role in our mission to enhance energy efficiency across the West Midlands.

As a Retrofit Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting assessments on residential properties, identifying opportunities for energy-saving improvements, and providing valuable insights to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive energy assessments on residential properties within the West Midlands.
Identify energysaving opportunities and evaluate their potential impact.
Collaborate with clients to explain assessment findings and retrofit recommendations.
Maintain accurate records of assessments, data, and recommendations.
Stay uptodate with industry standards and regulations related to energy efficiency.
Assist in the development of energy efficiency strategies and initiatives.
Provide exceptional customer service and answer clients' questions regarding energysaving measures.

Qualifications:

Domestic Energy Assessor qualification is mandatory.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of energy efficiency principles and retrofit measures.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
Commitment to sustainability and environmental awareness.
