We have an opening for an experienced researcher (both qual and quant) who has managed research programmes for a charity/not-for-profit in the UK and has some experience/background in race equality and diversity and inclusion to join a Coventry-based charitypromoting equality and diversity in the sports sector.

This is a hybrid role with one day per week in the office(minimum).

The role will involve providing effective leadership and delivery of a range of research projects and support monitoring and evaluation across multiple programmes.

The post holder will bring extensive research experience (both qualitative and quantitative),and a track record in leading projects and supporting monitoring and evaluation frameworks.

We are seeking a high calibre research professional who has a background in race equality and a good understanding of diversity/inclusion and can lead on the policy help to build relationships with key funders, and partners; leading a programme of researchand development work aligned to their strategic priorities.

Salary is £40,000 and this is initially a fixed-term contract til the end March 2024
