We are looking for a dynamic & forward-thinking experience Trasnport Co-Ordinator to join our close-knit team. You will be controlling the day-to-day operation of the traffic desk profitably and professionally.

• Key responsibilities include arranging movement of freight from origin to destination, both international and national.
• Liaising with customers, overseas partners and suppliers.
• Manage the daytoday bookings of European and UK road transport jobs
• Ensuring that traffic diary is kept up to date
• Subcontracting excess work and ensuring that all paperwork is kept up to date
• Booking in deliveries and collections
• Export paperwork for customs clearance

Transport Planner Position Requirements

• Proven ability in planning routes and drivers efficiently
• Previous experience in transport planning
• Excellent customer service & communication skills (both with internal departments & external clients)
• Experience in a similar customer service role
• Microsoft Office / Office 365 experience

Transport Planner Position Remuneration

• Salary
• Onsite Parking
• Monday to Friday 8am 5pm
• 20 days plus bank holidays

£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
