Role Profile
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to have a big impact in an expanding operation and to play a key role in supporting how they continue to improve globally across the UK US & Far East locations.
The purpose of the role is to deliver process and technology improvements, with responsibility for successful delivery of all elements to time, budget and quality.
The main duties and responsibilities include:
Project delivery- Shaping, prioritising and planning operational change initiatives and projects; adopting efficient and effective project management practices; developing business cases and managing project resources and budgets; managingand mitigating key project risks; and working across teams to successfully manage key projects through to delivery

Process improvement
- Understanding business needs and challenges; analyse and document business and operational processes; identifying best practice and driving improvements aligned to the firm's mission and key business objectives
Change management:
- Engaging, coordinating and communicating on improvements, change initiatives and projects across business and operations teams
Skills & Experience
Ideally with a background in the banking and financial services sector, in performing the role, you will demonstrate the following attributes:
- highly results driven, with an ability to drive projects/ process improvements and make things happen
- practical experience in project and change management tools and practices, including agile methodologies and training/coaching other in this area
- deliver to a very high quality with strong attention to detail and eagerness 'to go the extra mile'
- strong finance/ analytical abilities and good commercial sense
- team player with a high level of integrity, a positive "can-do" attitude and openness to learning
- able to demonstrate leadership and confidence upward and downwards; strong interpersonal skills ideally tested in multi-national multi-cultural environment
- highly organised and efficient self-starter, able to multitask and prioritise own workload
- works well under pressure and to tight deadlines where required
