Description
Let's Payweekly Ltd are looking for the following to work in their Middlesbrough office:

  • We are looking for someone with the following skills:
  • File paperwork and create delivery schedules
  • Use bespoke systems to book in delivery dates
  • Liaise with our customers regarding orders
  • Book up orders on our custom systems
  • Speak with carpet fitters regarding any issues they may incur
  • Complete general administration duties
  • Must have a good understanding of Microsoft excel
  • A good understanding of social media would help
Who are we looking for?

  • You must be an effective communicator who enjoys building rapport with customers and demonstrating excellent Customer Services skills.
  • You will have excellent verbal and written command of the English Language
  • You have good computer skills and the ability to think logically under pressure.
  • You are able to work under pressure and thrive in a busy environment.
  • You must be a confident team player but also be able to work from your own initiative.
  • You need to demonstrate a positive and professional attitude while at work.
Working Hours Monday to Friday we are open between 8.30am and 5.00pm;


Salary:
£18,250.00-£18,500.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
