We are looking for an experienced Solicitor with pro-active attitude to join our private wealth sector based in London

The Firm are a leading London firm with a 300 year heritage with an international reach.


The Role:

  • The roles involves knowledge of UK personal tax advice for both domestic and international families on their succession and tax planning using wills, corporates, partnerships, trusts and other structures.
  • Advice to settlors, fiduciaries and beneficiaries regarding the establishment and management of offshore structures.
  • Managing clients' affairs effectively and profitably through delivery of own case load.
  • Previous experience of private client, wealth structuring and tax advice
  • Experience of working on transactions and large projects
  • Excellent academics, minimum 2.1 and A,B, B at A Level
  • Qualified in England or Wales with 5 PQE +
  • Preferably STEP membership.
