What will my role look like?


In this role you will be required to oversee projects of new site installs in UK & Benelux and France, ensuring orders are raised in preparation for equipment, software, services, contractors within time scales to meet opening dates.

What would my main responsibilities be?


Overseeing and following up on all new store trackers to ensure systems are ready and prepared for new store openings.

Raising and tracking orders of all in store servers & POS equipment.

Assist the Retail Systems Project Manager with planning & installation of all Petrol & Food Installations in the UK & Benelux.

Producing Weekly Updates to the Retail Systems Project Manager to be shared with all stockholders.
Create & hold good relationships with suppliers/merchants when representing the EG Group brand.
Raising PO's and making sure invoices are being paid.
Making sure all equipment is being delivered to site.
Stock management.

Organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise.
