Description
We are looking for a maintenance gardener to look after the gardens of our care home for the elderly.The walled private grounds and gardens are a source of great pleasure to our residents so looking for a keen gardener to maintain the current excellent standards.
We are located near to Oval Tube station and Vauxhall BR.Experience in mowing, tending lawns, pruning and planting plus general garden maintenance is essential
Ability to communicate in English desirable. The tasks can be hard and laborious so applicants must be fit for the work.
Applicants must be flexible and prepared to undertake simple household maintenance and general caretaking duties when the weather is too bad for outdoor work.
Applicants must have permit to work in the UK and as we are a care home for the elderly a DBS check and references will be required.
