The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with good business judgement and strong interpersonal skills to work alongside the Head of Department on a range of transactional corporate and commercial matters including:

Mergers and Acquisitions
Joint Ventures
Share Buybacks
Demergers
Reorganisations
Management Buy-Outs and Buy-Ins
Shareholders' Agreement
General advisory work, as well as drafting, negotiating and advising on a variety of commercial contracts

The Role

The new hire will receive excellent support from an experienced team secretary and the firm's professional support lawyer.

Requirements:

48 years' PQE
Experience in handling a range of Corporate Commercial transactions
Strong financial and commercial awareness
Appetite for business development
