SERVICE ADVISOR

We currently have an exciting position as a Service Advisor in the fantastic team at our DAF Trucks dealership in Stockton.

As a Service Advisor,
we can offer you:

Annual earnings of £23,00027,100 (including overtime) depending on experience

Who are we looking for:

You will have previous experience working within the commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector in a similar role.
Have a passion for trucks and know your truck / car parts.
A customer focused individual with excellent communication skills.
PC Literate.
Full UK driving licence.

The Service Advisor role / responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:
Managing service bookings on day-to-day basis, ensuring efficient workshop loading. Complete service estimates accurately, clearly, and quickly. Keep customers up to date with costs, progress and authorisations. Prepare job cards & raise invoices. Working Monday - Friday with the flexibility to work on Saturdays as required.
