    We are working with a full service communications agency that focuses on social change, collaborating with NGOs, governments, and businesses to address complex social issues.

    The Role

    The successful candidate will lead a mixed-method research team in delivering audience-focused insights for various campaigns, as well as manage a strategy team applying behavior change, human-centered design, and strategic thinking to drive business success.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Manage the research team to deliver high-quality insights that inform campaign strategies
    • Lead the strategy team in applying behavior change, human-centered design, and strategic thinking to drive business results
    • Conduct quality assurance across both teams, upskilling them in qualitative and human-centered design principles
    • Support proposal writing and business development efforts for both teams
    • Sit on the senior management team, advising on best practices for the organization

    Requirements

    • Minimum 10 years' experience working in research and strategy roles within a social impact agency
    • Excellent understanding of research and strategy methodologies
    • Proven experience in behavior change campaigns and social strategy
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to break down complex problems succinctly
