**AREA MANAGER | HIGH STREET | FASHION | €50,000 + Package |
Ideal living location to stores; Cork, Limerick, Galway, Westmeath or Outside of Co.

Dublin region.**You will be joining a diverse and transparent business which is long standing over the years in the Irish market, with over 20 plus stores across the NI and ROI region as well as a brand that is worldwide recognised.

This companies stores have a sense of funoffering an engaging environment when entering their store providing each customers with a personal service.

This company continues to go from strength to strength with future store growth in the market.

Duties and Responsibilities;

  • Owning and developing the retail strategy and driving specific strategic projects across the region and your 8 plus retail stores
  • Continually assessing the retail environment/climate and competitor activity to anticipate issues and provide proactive solutions
  • Sharing ideas and best practice with colleagues in order to ensure that the brand is continually developing and standards and customer expectations are continually exceeded
  • Leading retail initiatives, leveraging support from head office stakeholders, analysing results and feeding back commercial recommendations
  • Motivating and engaging your store teams enabling them to feel empowered, inspired and connected to the business vision, you will be responsible for circa 100 members of staff
  • Ensuring that the customer experience is being consistently delivered across the retail estate
  • Proactively building succession plans and talent mapping to ensure the development and promotion of employees
  • Managing a geographical region spanning across the main hubs of Ireland; Kildare, Westmeath, Galway, Cork, Limerick.

What experience will be required to be successful in an Area Role;

You will currently be operating at a Senior Store Manager, Area Manager, Cluster Manager or Multi Site Store Manager level to be considered for this appointment, and having worked within an assisted sales environment that focuses on the customer journey andexperience.

Ideally be working on the high street in Fashion, Accessories, Jewellery or beauty.

What is the package at Area Manager;
Salary of up to €50,000 per annum
