Job description
- Supervise staff to ensure their knowledge of process, equipment and materials is continually improving. Improve training and knowledge of processes to all staff
- Ensure the standards of health and safety, COSHH, productivity, administration, housekeeping and hygiene are maintained to the company's standards.
- Communicate and report problems and successes with line management.
- Liaison, coordination and providing a positive attitude to visitors, including Environment Agency, Landlords, Insurers, Health and Safety Executive, Customers and Auditors.
- Maintain a good and accurate record of weighbridge information relating to consignment accuracy, checking consignment items match against load information.
- Other duties necessary to help the business as required by the site management and Directors.
Requirements:

Skills & Knowledge_
- Flexible and adaptable able to work in a fastpaced environment with shifting priorities whilst staying calm under pressure.
- Able to keep accurate records and produce clear and legible reports of processes and teams.
Experience_
- Minimum of 3 years Waste Recycling experience, or equivalent eg; relevant Warehouse/Production.
- Some supervisor/team leader experience would be beneficial.
Qualifications_
- Willingness to work towards a WAMITAB qualification.
- Strives to enhance own abilities to learn new things and develop themselves both with company support and individual learning. Demonstrates the ability to "selfmotivate".
