What will the apprentice be doing?
- To lead on learner enrolments including enrolment appointments, the administration of online enrolments and undertaking follow up actions as appropriate.
- Lead on the checking and verification of eligibility in line with funding rules and legislation.
- Conduct any prior attainment checks and IAG in line with programme and funding requirements.
- Work closely with the other team members to ensure that learner onboarding is completed quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining the levels of quality and compliance required by The Coder's Guild and its funders.
- Liaise with other staff within The Coder's Guild to support the progress of learners and apprentices on their courses.
- To play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer experience is at the forefront of all admissions processes and procedures.
- To support the wider team in all aspects of administrative support in terms of audit activity or preparation for Ofsted or any other day to day or externally driven activity.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will gain a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard along with Functional Skills at Level 2 (if required).
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Annual wage
£14,625
Salary review at 3 months with the potential to increase from £7.50 per hour to £8.00 per hour.
Working week
Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm (options available for flexible and hybrid working).
Total hours per week: 37.5 hours a week
