Charity Recruitment are recruiting for an Executive Assistant working for a Children's Medical Charity based near Battersea, London. This is a permanent role to start asap.


Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of children? We're seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join a small team at a Children's Medical Charity.


The Role:
As the Executive Assistant, you'll be the cornerstone supporting the CEO.

Your responsibilities will encompass a range of crucial tasks:

Managing Fellowship Programs:
Organising and scheduling surgeons and medics, overseeing visa and NHS document compliance, and coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements.

Coordination and Logistics:
Crafting comprehensive travel itineraries, including transfers, visas, and accommodations, and overseeing training schedules with hospital departments.

Administrative Expertise:
Handling a complex Outlook diary, drafting and sending communications to international medical professionals, government officials, and military personnel.

Financial Administration:

Invoicing, managing supplier relations, overseeing finances and costs for fellowships and missions, and utilizing tools like Mailchimp for electronic newsletters.


Requirements:


We're looking for individuals with:

EA Office Experience:
A solid background in executive assistance.

Attention to Detail:
Meticulousness is key in this role.

Adaptability:
Comfortable working independently 3-5 days a week within a small yet impactful team.


Job Type:
Permanent


Salary:
£38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
