Due to growth, we are now looking for an experienced Bids and Tenders Coordinator to join our newly established team based in Milton Keynes on a full-time and permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity where you will be actively involved in both our formal tenders and major proposals across UK&I as well as larger global projects, as and when required.
In this role, the Bids & Tenders Coordinator organises and attends bids & tenders kick-off and review meetings, participates in storyboarding sessions and document reviews, coordinates approvals, manages document production (electronic and hard copy) and delivery of the completed documents.
You will be an entrusted and valued member of the team, having direct input in enhancing submission and quality win rates.
You'll also have the opportunity to work collaboratively and inclusively with internal sales teams and other key stakeholders across the business.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Manage and contribute to the creation of solutions, proposals and bid collateral
- Manage document production and submission
- Horizon scanning for new bids and tenders
- Monitor relevant tender publications and notification channels for the selection of appropriate bid opportunities.
- Contribute to the win strategy for submissions during solution design and proposal phase
- Maintain and update a central library of valuedriven bid collateral and proposition materials
- Lead virtual bid team activities and required input from stakeholders
- Work closely with stakeholders including sales, marketing, compliance & risk, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and operations teams
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- A good understanding of the end to end sales process-
- Experience of InDesign is also desirable but not essential
