£ £12.83 per hour

Your Tasks

  • Coordinate and police the safe movement of all vehicles, drivers, and staff on site whilst ensuring all visiting drivers are wearing the correct PPE and comply with the site speed limits.
  • Inspect all incoming loads against current requirements and recording relevant information.
  • Operate the basic functions of the weighbridge software enabling accurate recording of inbound and outbound material.
  • Complete shift reports detailing any specific information as relevant to shift.
  • Work to ensure a safe working environment and that any incidents, accidents or hazards are duly reported.

Our Requirements

  • Previous banksman or vehicle marshalling experience desirable (training can be provided)
  • Health & Safety awareness.
  • Fork Lift Truck Certificate, or have operated a FLT in house (training can be provided).
  • Reasonable standard of secondary education.
  • Basic standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Working hours 07:00 17:00hrs per week (47.5hrs per week to include paid 30 minute lunch breaks), Monday to Friday with occasional weekend working.
