We are a dynamic and expanding law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join them as a Senior Associate.

Responsibilities:

Advise clients on a wide range of civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on landlord & tenant matters
Represent clients in courts, tribunals and other forums as required
Manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, ensuring that deadlines are met and clients are kept fully informed
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor with at least 7 years of PQE in civil litigation
Excellent knowledge of civil litigation procedures and a deep understanding of the legal issues involved
Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
