Sales Executive
Newark, Full Time, Permanent
£35,000 - £50,000 OTE
Do you have a sales background with experience of achieving targets?
Do you have a genuine passion for people, making them the focus of everything you do?
We are looking for a Sales Executive who can thrive in a challenging role where customer care always comes first.
You will take the time to talk to people & build a genuine rapport to identify exactly what your customer needs turning opportunities into business, meeting sales volume targets and maximising profit opportunities with each sale.
THE ROLE
Your responsibilities as a
Sales Executive will include:
- Follow the sales process to achieve monthly KPI's for unit sales and add-on products
- Communicate with customers effectively, to exceed expectations, whilst providing a servicebased experience
- Working to the highest standards of FCA requirements, you will maintain accurate records and paperwork, treating the customer fairly and adhering to the core FCA principles
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal
Sales Executive will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:
- Previous motor industry experience would be advantageous
- The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers
- Ambition to succeed, driven and motivated
- Time management focused with excellent planning skills
- Able to think on your feet and multitask to achieve operational excellence
