Vacancy ID We are currently recruiting for a temporary Lodge Porter/Receptionist to work on site at one of our centrally based colleges working 35 hrs p/w starting ASAP for approx 12 weeks paying £12.

92 p/h- Duties:

Security & Emergencies
Understanding the College's emergency procedures and act in the event of an emergency, respond to fire, intruder and critical alarms, monitor CCTV, give first aid and keep accurate key records.
Person specification

Essential Criteria

Experience of working in a customer focused role
Flexibility to work different shifts
Excellent communication skills
Excellent administration skills
Strong IT skills
High levels of punctuality, reliability and professionalism
The ability to work in a calm and polite manner, including when under pressure or in the event of an emergency
