Description

As a Production Assistant you'll work closely with the head of production and be on hand to support them at all times.

You'll know who is working on what, at any given time, and ensure everything is in place to get the job done on time and to standard.

Ideally you will have previous experience working in a similar role within a creative agency or inhouse environment and have excellent communication, time management and budgeting skills and able to ensure that journey is as smooth as possible for everyone involved.

This role of Production Assistant is working for a Liverpool (UK) based Multichannel Branding Agency with a passion for all things creative and work with some amazing brands.

This is a hybrid role and ideally you will work from onsite 3 days per week and 2 days from home.

Salary is paying up to 26k DOE

In this role of Production Assistant you will;
Work in close collaboration with the team, clients and brands

Provide extensive support to the Production Manager

Project and production planning management and scheduling

Organising travel, logistics, props, locations and materials for shoots

Budgeting and workflow management and tracking across all briefs and projects within the team

Assist in the financial elements of production such as; estimating, cost and time capture, invoicing, profitability reporting

Managing the organisational elements of production such as planning, scheduling, account management, production meetings, clients services and forecasting

As Production Assistant you will be;
1-2+ years experience in a similar role

Creative industry experience

Can work under pressure and to hard deadlines

Be an expert in time management

Personable, friendly and confident to withhold strong relationships across the business

Think on your feet and use initiative

Used to a fast paced environment

Able to drive with own car would be advantageous
