What you will be doing:

Your responsibilities will include

Providing a consistently high quality of customer service to both external and internal customers.
Competently and confidently deal with enquiries within the team mailbox
Competently & confidently responding to third party written and verbal communication.
Liaising with underwriters where necessary on policy decisions.
Competently and confidently carryout the teams pipeline chasing utilising the telephone as primary source of contact.

Previous experience in a processing or completions role with a mortgage lender, broker firm or financial institution is essential
GSCE qualifications in both Maths and English are essential
