Cloud Support Engineer | £55,000 up to £90,000 DOE | Fully Remote

The Company

  • Microsoft Azure DevOps pipeline development

This is an exciting role for anyone looking to grow in cloud support engineering with an industry leading team who like to challenge the normal ways of working.

What you will be doing

  • Focusing on incident resolution, identifying platform technical issues from endpoint access all the way to tuning up our automated infrastructure scaling rulesets.
  • Input to client facing and internal Knowledge Base providing clear concise direction and resolution.
  • Providing input to our product development teams, to ensure the ongoing evolution of our product set where your BAU knowledge forms a key improvement area.

Essential

  • Azure DevOps, SQL, Front Door
  • PowerShell or TypeScript

Preferred

  • CMS Sitecore
  • Docker or Kubernetes
