An Ofsted graded 'GOOD' primary school located in the Skelmersdale area are looking to appoint a passionate and engaging Class Teacher to fill an upcoming vacancy in a Year 5 class from 17th April until December 2023.
The school aim to provide their pupils with a schooling experience that will inspire and encourage ambition, as well as prepare them for the future.

You will be responsible for planning, teaching and assessing a class of Year 5 pupils, in accordancewith the school's curriculum and the national expectations for the year group.
Consequently, recent teaching experience in upper Key Stage 2 is necessary.The proportion of children eligible for support from the pupil premium is above the average proportionand the number of children who have special educational needs is high.
Accordingly, a sensitive attitude towards pupils' individual circumstances is essential, as is a commitment to providing an inclusive learning environment, which caters for the needs ofall pupils and enables every child to succeed.
