Salary:
Starting salary £56,000 per annum (full time equivalent), based on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. Future progression is based on annual performance review**
Duration of Contract: Permanent


Hours per week: 35 hours per week (Full Time)


Location:
Chelsea (London), with the requirement to work flexibly between Chelsea and Sutton as required. This role is eligible for hybrid working.


Job Details:


The Head of Strategic Marketing will play a central role within our new Development and Communications directorate, and also in supporting income generation in the Business and Innovation Office and more widely across the ICR.

The role will lead the shift to a more data-led approach to income generation - using business intelligence and market research to identify new fundraising and commercial opportunities, and data analysis to reshape income generation and marketing activities.

The Head of Strategic Marketing will act as custodian of the ICR's brand and will lead work with fundraising and commercial teams to develop marketing strategies to position the brand to exploit new opportunities.

The post holder will also create new data-led approaches to target and steward audiences more effectively
