About The Role

Essential Criteria

A valid, indate and verifiable SIA Door Supervisor or Close Protection License
Right to work documents
Excellent timekeeping
Conflict management skills
Communication skills
Teamwork skills
Interpersonal skills
Emotional intelligence
Diplomacy with an ability to exercise tact and discretion
Situational awareness
Proficient in writing witness statements (although training can be provided)
Smart and presentable appearance in line with our strict blacktie attire dress code.
NO EXCEPTIONS (and no combat pants)

Desirable Criteria

Own transport or ability to commute
Knowledge of relevant legislation including common law powers (where preventing a breach of the peace); section 24A PACE 1984; section 3, Criminal Law Act 1967; and the Licensing Act although training can be provided
Commercial awareness
Ability to interact and engage with people from a wide range of backgrounds especially highend clientele
Flexibility
