An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, efficient and personable Receptionist, Administrator, Customer Service advisor to join our Team on a part-time basis.


Bevan Wilson are one of Surrey's leading Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Practices working across a diverse range of specialty areas from elite sport to nursing homes.

The role will be based at our clinic in Boxgrove, Guildford, GU1 which is located in a busy parade of shops with excellent transport links and free parking.

Other businesses in the parade include a One-Stop, Post Office, Delicatessen and Hair-Dresser, Café and Butchers.

The role may require holiday cover, training and meetings in Godalming or our other surrounding clinics and therefore a driving licence and access to a car is preferable.

Reputation is everything in an increasingly competitive market and you will work closely with our Office Manager to ensure that our clients receive a first class service.

As the primary contact point for our patients you will be responsible for implementing our front of house systems and processes to facilitate this service whilst being an engaging, approachable, knowledgeable, friendly and caring customer advisor.


Outline of Role:


  • Greeting patients and implementing front of house processes and systems to ensure a smooth, efficient patient experience and vital data collection.
  • Taking cash, cheque and card payments, basic invoicing and reconciliation.
  • Stock and equipment advice, sales or rental.
  • Report typing, filing and scanning patient letters or other relevant documents.
  • Support Office Manager with facilities management, health and safety and clinic cleanliness / presentation.
  • Attendance and organisation of inhouse and external events.
  • Liaison with partner companies, suppliers, insurance companies, referrers.

Competencies

  • Two years front of house and one year's administrative experience.
  • Organised and efficient. Able to prioritise when required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Engaging, mature, confident and well presented.
  • Completerfinisher.
  • Dynamic team member confident to work independently but able to work under line manager.
  • Competent and confident in Microsoft Windows and Office.
  • Willingness to learn new skills, new software and systems

Employment Terms

  • Part time variable hours contract
  • In the region of 2025 hours per week on rota (daytime and evenings). Possibility to develop into additional hours over the coming year.
  • Salary depending on experience.
  • Flexible working required, including evenings and possibly alternate Saturday mornings in the future.
  • You may be required to work at any Bevan Wilson address on a permanent or temporary basis.
  • Occasionally you will be required to attend evening and weekend events.
  • Use of a car and a valid driving licence are preferable.
