Location - Nottingham PMC

Days & Hours - Mon - Fri, 9am to 5.30pm (1 hour lunch)

Employment Type - Full-time, permanent

We are looking for a residential property manager who has established and proven experience in the industry to join our portfolio management team.

The Role

You will responsible for the efficient management of portfolios of properties and acting as a key contact for our tenants and the main account manager for our larger client landlords.

Providing a first-class service to our customers is at the heart of your role, your day-to-day duties may include:

Efficient management of our client's investment at both individual unit and portfolio level.
Completing client asset management reporting
Organising safety inspections and managing remedial works
Liaising with trades people/contractors and keeping tenants up to date
Assisting tenants with general queries
Dealing promptly and courteously to communication with landlord, tenants, contractors, and internal partners
Providing a firstclass service and working to tight deadlines
Ensuring personal and team deadlines are met, service levels maintained and KPI's achieved

Having a detailed knowledge of lettings legislation, tenancy agreement and landlord is essential as is ARLA Propertymark Level 3 Qualification.
