We have an EXCITING opportunity to appoint to the temporary position of administrator to the Capacity ManagementTeam at the Trust.

The Job is for a fixed term or seconded post of 20 Hours for 6 months.

This is a key supporting role working alongside the hospital coordinator team, helping to manage the throughput of patients to the trust.

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual seeking to develop and grow within the organisation

The post holder will be responsible for providing an administrative and secretarial service to the Hospital Coordinators.

The post holder will be responsible for assisting with administrative systems to support both the effective management of beds within the Trust and the implementation of registration, booking of transfers following given instructions acquiring information demographic and clinical under the supervision of the Hospital Coordinator, in order to have an assessment of the patient to transfer over to Liverpool Heart & Chest from DGH hospitals around the region North Wales and the IOM.

This assessment will allow the capacity team to place the patients in the most appropriate bed for their condition.

Liaising with internal teams, for example Tissue Viability, Infection Control etc to ensure they are aware of the patient needing thier input and servoces so no delay in treatment occurs.
