Belvoir Dundee are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to be based at our town centre office.


Our Dundee office is a well established business, and is part of an expanding group of lettings agencies, providing landlords and tenants with a highly professional, efficient and friendly service.

The role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Greeting visitors to the office, and resolving, or directing, their enquiries as appropriate
  • Dealing with general administrative duties, including issuing notices and letters
  • Diary management
  • Marketing of properties
  • Assisting other staff as required
  • Be well presented, with a friendly, positive, outgoing personality
  • Have at least 2 year's previous experience within a reception and/or administrative role
  • Be able to manage their time efficiently/be well organised
  • Be a team player, yet also comfortable/confident working on their own
  • Be focused on providing excellent customer service

Salary:
£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dundee: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Lettings: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
