Description

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to become a pivotal part of an accountancy firm based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire.

The role offers development and progression that will be shaped around your strengths.

As an Administration Assistant, you will be assisting the administration team in all areas.


Including:

  • All administration tasks, including producing letters, photocopying, scanning, document binding, other daily electronic filing and paperwork
  • Scheduling meetings, booking and organising/maintaining the meeting room; organising lunches/coffees for meetings or events
  • Maintaining the office calendar
  • Maintaining office equipment and providing day to day IT and office support to all office staff
  • Checking stocks for stationery and refreshments daily and reporting back when supplies are required
  • Supporting with the scanning, filing and distributing of mail both electronically and physically. Also receiving deliveries and distributing to staff
  • Answering the phone and dealing with any queries, including transferring calls and taking messages
  • Welcoming clients and visitors to the office and assisting them as required
  • Helping to organise social events for staff
This role is a full time and permanent office-based position. If you are looking for less than full time hours and need some flexibility, please still get in touch. Salary is depending on experience and will range between £22,000 - £26,000. Please only applyif you are able to commute to Kidlington, Oxfordshire, this is not a remote role.
