Job Description:
- Office walk arounds to ensure the upkeep of the office is in line with ACS group standards
- Ensure the timely fixing of any identified issues e.g. leaks,
- Ensuring office is complaint with H&S obligations
- Manage our company flats (based in Kingston), including maintenance, utility bills etc.
- Manage our car fleet
- Support on ad hoc projects as required as part of facilities team
Qualifications:
- Super organized with the ability to roll up sleeves and get things done
- Ability to multi task
- Previous experience working as an Office Manager / Facilities
- Awareness of health and safety requirements
- Outstanding customer service skills
- 25 days annual leave at 1 year
