Description
The Bid Executive will ensure compliant and high-quality bid and PQQ submissions.

They will be a team player with a growth mindset and will actively drive consistency, quality and efficiency for high success rates.


JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITES

  • Ensuring all tenders and PQQs are compliant and delivered on time
  • Enforcing and developing the bid process efficiencies
  • Ensuring a bid plan is produced and adhered to for each bid
  • Scheduling crucial meetings and deadlines, e.g. deal clinics, tender kick offs, clarification deadlines, submission deadlines, commercial reviews
  • Forging network and relationships with Kinly supply chain with sales/commercial
  • Coordinating the gathering of pricing and quoting for the bid response with sales/commercial
  • Negotiating best pricing from supply chain when required
  • Ensuring clarity of ownership of all elements of the Bid response
  • Coordinating the hitting of milestones and timely submission of all elements contributing to an on time bid submission.
  • Coordinating post submission follow up and capture bid feed back/outcomes
  • Maintaining bid tracker data and ensuring comments, statuses and values are always uptodate and that changes are communicated effectively to stakeholders weekly
  • Ongoing management and enhancement of bid library content alongside contributing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Team player with virtual team coordination skills
  • Excellent written English and strong proofreading
  • Ability to multitask on multiple concurrent projects and work under pressure to deadlines
  • Strong (bid/proposal response) planning and time management
  • Expert attention to detail
  • Sound commercial awareness
  • Demonstrable commercial negotiation skills
  • Ability to create goodquality documentation and presentations
  • Advanced MS Word contents pages, paragraph styles, etc.
  • Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel
  • SharePoint experience, including SharePoint Lists
  • Intermediate/Advance MS Outlook
  • Intermediate/Advanced MS PowerPoint
  • Intermediate/Advanced Adobe InDesign

DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Work experience in similar markets/sectors
  • SharePoint Intermediate/Advanced, including Automations
  • Adobe Illustrator
