Insight Travel Services Ltd is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to assist with day to day accounting activities within the finance department.

The company is a shared service centre for The Travel Corporation Group, a global travel business with many brands and offices throughout the world.

The office is located within Inverclyde and provides services to various group companies.

• Assisting in the preparation of tour operator management accounts
• Investigating tour cost queries
• Bank reconciliations
• Intercompany and other balance sheet reconciliations
• Ad hoc financial duties

Key skills -

• Previous experience of working within a finance team (or relevant qualification)
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines
• Proactive and flexible attitude

Up to £23,000.00 per year
