What do we do?
As an Environmental Enforcement Officer you will be responsible for:

Patrolling the local area - please note this position requires you to be on your feet and walking for the majority of the shift.

Issuing fixed penalty notices to offenders
Defusing difficult situations using conflict resolution
Operating and uploading body camera footage
Attending court to give evidence

You will be self-motivated and committed to excellence

Ideally you will:

Have experience in a customer facing role, dealing with difficult situations and customers
Be an effective communicator both verbal and written
Be able to stay calm in difficult situations
Have a professional approach to your work and act with integrity at all times
Be resilient. This job requires a you to deal with difficult situations head on whilst remaining composed
Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
