Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Technical Consultant

Salary up to £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Home based with some travel to client sites as required


Dynamics CRM, D365 CE, Customer Engagement, CRM, Consultant, Senior Consultant

Responsibilities:


  • Lead technical aspects of Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Provide expert level consulting on Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and best practices
  • Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams, including sales, project management, and development
  • Perform gap analysis, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, and provide technical guidance to clients
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal processes, standards, and documentation

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and support
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and customizations
  • Experience with C#,.NET, and JavaScript
  • Experience with Power Platform and Power Automate is a plus
  • Strong communication, problemsolving, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus
