Description

NHS Berkshire West (BOB ICB) is looking to recruit a Band 8a Continuing Healthcare (CHC) Team Leader to join the CHC Team, which is part of the wider Quality and Nursing directorate.


Our office base is at Bath Road, Reading however we have a hybrid working model with a mix of home and office working.

We have an office hours working pattern, from Monday to Friday and are able to offer flexibility of the hours worked.

This post will report to the Assistant Director Berkshire West, Continuing Healthcare.


Please also note that elements of the role may require you to travel to other locations across the county of Berkshire to meet the needs of the service.


This Service is part of the wider BOB ICB where there is currently a transformation programme underway to align CHC Services across the ICB.

This is a permanent, full-time post of 37.5 hours per week. Secondments and job share arrangements will be considered
