St Albans, that are currently looking to recruit an experienced, confident
Receptionist to join team


Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, professional and customer service driven individual to be the face of the company, to greet and welcome visitors and provide front of house support.

Receptionist - Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
  • Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the company and its services
  • Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Organising sales events and customer updates / appointments
  • Assist with office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry

Receptionist - Key Skills Required:


  • Previous experience working on a Reception desk or similar.
  • Strong communication skills; written and verbal
  • Friendly and welcoming
  • Excellent organisation skills
Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
£12.82 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • St Albans: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Reception: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
