Our Glasgow Hospital bookings team plays a vital role, working with our Consultants, Clinical and Theatre teams and patients to schedule surgical services.

As a Booking Coordinator at our Glasgow Hospital, you'll be a conscientious individual with a helpful, supportive approach. Your 'can do' attitude shines through.

As well as a natural flair for communicating, both over the phone and in person, you bring strong organisation and administration skills.

As a Booking Coordinator, you will:
Bring empathy, sympathy and sensitivity to the role
Provide the best possible experience to patients
Working with the Sales & Services Manager, be central to supporting timely access to theatre for patients and consultants
Make sure that Nuffield Health exceeds customer expectations
Liaise with patients, clinical teams and consultants to support admissions and ensure the best use of everyone's time
Enjoy a varied range of responsibilities - from being involved in process reviews and audits, to quality improvement initiatives and hospital-wide committees and forums
Liaise with NHS Services and the Senior Management Team to facilitate bookings to meet contractual obligations
