Working in Michelle's team of 16 Loss Adjusters, who are based all over the UK, you'll cover the South of England.

With a caseload of both Domestic and Commercial properties within reach, you won't be stretching yourself to thin.

You can make sure you're home for dinner time or perhaps being able to put your kids to bed.

Don't get us wrong, there will be times you need to be flexible of course, but on the whole your work life balance will be much better.

Manageable caseload + focus on quality of work = happier you.
