Job description

What is the role?

The Landlord Services Officer provides a housing management service to Bolton at Home's leased portfolio, Rent to Buy portfolio, out of borough housing stock and the private sector market rent market (R-Haus).

The role is important to maximise income for Bolton at Home.

Outcomes:

Contribute to the growth of the leased management portfolio by ensuring customers sustain their tenancies through effective tenancy management within Bolton at Home's lease management stock.
Maximise rental income for Bolton at Home through effective void management, maximising allocations and effective management of the full tenant cycle.
Achieve compliance for properties in line with all legislative requirements such as Health and Safety, Tenancy Management Regulations and Building Regulations.
