Overview

We are looking for an applicant who will help support the flow of data and reporting of State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) Funds to the wider market.

With a key focus on SSGA's flagship ETF and Mutual Funds business, you will be collaborating with multipleteams in the sales and operations areas as well as daily interactions with external service providers who publish information about SSGA Funds in Europe but also being mindful of supporting global distributors and their data requirement

What we need you to do
You would be required to support the UK Intermediary Business and UK Defined Contribution Business reporting requirements Assist or lead projects which help centralise and automate data flows to external parties Creating timely and accurate reports to meetrequirements of platforms/distributors Provide back up support to your Manager Collaborate with the European Offices to ensure our Funds are represented on the most appropriate websites Assist or lead initiatives that drive data governance excellence for ourfunds on external destinations using our key vendors

What we need you to be

You should have in-depth experience in the funds management industry and ideally some experience working with firms like Morningstar, Bloomberg and Lipper.

Your enthusiasm for being part of a small dedicated team will be important as we look to grow. Yourability to grow and nurture relationships with other team but also external firms is key.

Whilst the role is UK based, you should be sympathetic to the challenges faced by some of our European offices and aspire to support these teams.

If you have had experience working with client or fund reporting and understand how this supports the sales effort then you may be a great fit for this team.
