We are excited to have an opening for a Sports Therapist in our Knowle, Solihull clinic.

The position would be on a part time basis initially with the opportunity to gain a full time contract once your client base grows.

There may be the need for some evening/weekend work should there be a desire for it.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering clinical, evidence based bespoke exercise rehabilitation programmes.
Managing a caseload of clients for whom you will provide ongoing soft tissue/massage therapy.
Assessing and managing MSK issues providing the highest quality, clinically based, sports massage/soft tissue therapy within your personal scope of practice and levels of professional competence.
Supporting sports massage/soft tissue therapy with appropriate advice and education as part of holistic patient care.
Working as an autonomous practitioner with support available from a senior therapist if required.
Discussing and promoting other services and treatment options to potential and existing clients, that may be of interest or benefit to them.
Demonstrating an aptitude to assist in the development and growth of the practice.
Maintaining up to date knowledge of health trends relevant to your clinical area and their likely effect upon your work and patient care.
Taking client exercise classes such as Pilates
Keeping accurate and uptodate patient records, reports and statistics at all times in line with policies, professional and legal standards.
Working as part of a team whilst having the initiative to work well and prioritise tasks on your own.

Experience in the musculoskeletal field is essential. You must have your own insurance and membership to a professional association is desirable.

Pay will be dependent upon experience.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
